What does 420 come from? Why is it 420?


Also, which is better hydro or just regular good weed? What's the difference?

Do you get more THC with a bowl or a joint? (same amount of weed)

Nobody knows for sure where 420 comes from. Some rumors have it that the police code for "marijuana smoking in progress" was a 420. Others say a group of kids originated 420, but i dont remember how exactly. I would be surprised if either of these theories were true anyways.

Hydro and regular "good weed"(assuming you mean kind bud or better) is all the same man. To me, theres 4 types of weed. Shwag, Mids, KB, and Headies. Hydro usually falls in the category of KB or Headies, depending on how well it was hydrophonically grown. It all depends, really.

If you were to smoke a gram joint and a gram out of a bowl or bong, the bowl/bong would get you higher because it conserves more weed. Some say that the direct flame when lighting a bowl kills alot of the THC(which is probably true), but i never noticed. defiantly smoke out of the bowl if your running low on weed, or just want to get higher.

Weed is awesome because it just is.

 

I used to live in an old-fashioned small town and the police code for dealing/smoking/etc marijuana was 420.

In the ghettos if a cop was seen people would yell 420 which means to put your shit away.

 

Yah "hydro" is just a term for weed, its not really a strain of bud or anything. People just say hydro to make a quicker sale.

 

Last time i checked Hydro was hydrophonically grown weed. But your gonna be right 99% of the time jake, dealers usually just call their dank "dro". Pisses me off, actually.

 

Yah I meant like its a technique to growing, but half the time when its chronic I hear this, "DUDE I GOT SOME DROOOO", not its chronic lol

I can tell you for a fact that 420 was a code used for marijuana by the police from my own CPO visits.

 

smokindude, Headies sound like they're pretty crazy...are they just like a complete mind high? I dunno if ive ever had headies...the best stuff i've smoked has been White Rhino and just Hydroponically grown weed.
