i dont really like nirvana but this is in my list of 20 favourite songs of all time, its so good and the video for it is really cool too lol

i know many of you will be like nirvana is da best!!111 but w/e, tatu, the cardigans, the pixies and placebo are all better imo

 

I only know the song from guitar hero.

 

its totally killer tho, actually lake of fire and lithium are pretty good too. shit it think i will actually go and buy a few albums lulz

Heart shaped box was one of their better songs. unfortunately, over the many years, nirvana has been Way over praised and inflated to the point where you either love them for there music or hate them for how much they were over hyped. It's kind of funny that a lead singer/song writer's (Cobain) music got to be so well know given the fact that "famous was the last thing he wanted to be"

I saw the pixies live at a festival. I have never had trouble getting anyone to crowd surf me out of a gig than there. They were amazingly unentertaining and played slow boring shit music xD
Either way we got out quick time and trotted off to see someone else.

I used to be a massive Nirvana fan when i was like 13/14 but i stopped listening to them for ages, gunna download some now.

 

Lake of Fire is a cover.. but still a very good one at that... I'm personally a fan of Nirvana.. but Kurt is definitely overrated.. i don't know why so many think that he is one of the best song writers ever.. yea.. he was good.. but its nothing GREAT.. only big accomplishment that Kurt and the rest of grunge did was killing the 80s Glam rock style that was leaking its way into the early 90s and brought forth a new era of music
