Collards, mustards, turnips, Swiss chard, kale... they are generally the highlight of a meal. Of course, there are some folks who believe that food should be eaten raw. Raw collard greens? I don't think so.

lettuce is usually eaten raw, i dont mind that. if you like swiss chard and kale and collard greens, you HAVE to try brocolli raab.
in a pot thats full of boiling water. then drain and dress them with whatever you like. personally i believe you cant go wrong with lemon juice!!!!
