Snuff (Tobacco)

I was wondering about it because I've seen a few people do it at school and shit, but never tried it. Now I'm a pack a day smoker, but I want to try it out.. So do you think if I empty out a cig and grind it up it will be the same effects?
I'm just making sure I wont be snorting it for nothing, incase theres a special way it has to be dried before you can.

(Only reason Im thinking of trying is, I'm out of weed and pills and figured I'd try and get a heavy nicotine buzz like I use to from my first few cigs )

 

Eh, I'm pretty sure its completely different, plus your not going to get it as fine as the tins of snuff and it will just make your nose hurt/bleed.

 

Well I have a coffee grinder I use for weed that gets it prettty ground up, I was thinking its basically the same for tobacco. Idk, Im gonna try and find out the hard way I guess

 

haha, so how'd it work out for you... Haha. Reminds me of a story my health teacher told me. He treid the stuff once right before a wrestleing match and fainted cuz it was such a heavy buzz and it was his first time using any kind of tobacco. Although... He also thinks all weed come from the plant "Cannabis Sativa" and he's never heared of "Cannabis Indica" before. hahaha. And he also made us write on our notes that "Hash - The sticky resonous substance that forms inside a marijuana pipe" A HAH! lol. Sorry. I'm stoned and i'm remembering this shit and it's funny as hell.. Proves that school are givin false info to give to the kids to poisen there mind... And everything mentioned about weed in health class was negative and in NO WAY positive. They even made medical marijuana into a bad thing. Tho I don't remember how atm... haha.

Don't grind up tobacco from a cigarette and put it in your mouth. You already know that this is a stupid idea, but you're probably going to do it anyway -- I've been there and am not criticizing, but rather, observing.

Anyway, snuff is gross. There is a stronger buzz to it, but it made me puke the only time I tried it when I was 15. Be careful not to swallow anything if you ever try it.

yeah you are supposed to put it under your nose, not actually snort it but i snort it anyways, better buzz. its never made me puke and its a decent buzz, fun if your into the nicotine thing. anyways, grinding up a cig will NOT work. bad idea.

 

yes totally different.........but you ARE supposed to actually snort the snuff, not just smell it.......if you like sneezing brown shit for about 1-2hrs, just for a 1-2min numb face/slight buzz.....have a happy

 

no you aren't supposed to snort it, your supposed to kind of lodge it in your nose.

 

wether you snort it or, umm.....pack it(never seen anyone do it this way), it still is supposed to end up in your nose.

only snuff i've ever seen in tobacco stores and in person at parties and the like, was dry not moist, and you would in no way want to "dip" it........you would throw up in a heartbeat, i've always seen it snorted....

The moist snuff in American is the traditional silver lid Copenhagen Snuff. This is an ultra fine cut dip that is placed in the gums. But most people refer to it as dip or a misnomer of chew. Dip is your classic longer cut tobacco ie Skoal.

Any of you guys ever try "ghot" or chot, I'm not sure what its called. I got some off soem Iraqi kids around here I guess you put it between your lips and gum, and its a mild stimulant. They talked about it in black hawk down. Ever hear of it?

 

the only smokeless tobacco i know is called "chew" and "snuff"
and i have only ever seen people put snuff in their lip (rubbin snuff)

i've never heard of anybody putting it up their nose.
