There are shitloads of documents out there - its a scientific fact marijuana is bad for you. Granted, it has medicinal purposes whichI think should not be over looked, however, the straight and narrow is smoking ANYTHING is bad.

Marijuana does have a bad side to it, but it is really all about YOU. Know yourself, look at how it effects you. Be responsible, be safe. And you absolutley can not draw any conclusions whatsoever based off the media, as I have never seen something on CNN that is not biased, especialy when it is drug related. I don't even bother reading filth like that anymore

This is something that would take me hours to explain properly, and I cant even tell what you are really asking in the first place since your question is incoherent. But I'll make it brief.

In 2005 they downgraded cannabis from I think class b to class c, meaning its still illegal, but less illegal since it is classified differently. Now most of the time the people are warned instead of fined or arrested, and the govt is worried that cannabis use is going to spike. They already tried to reverse the change and go back to class b, but it didn't work. So now they are using fear instead of the law.

I'm a fucking scientist. Designing and analyzing studies like this is something I do often.
