Yeah, nerves are the real killer. It might also have something to do with the condom you're using: I used to lose my erections about half the time until i switched to a more comfortable brand of condoms. Of course, the real turning point for me was also that I stopped rushing and didn't try to actually enter her until i was good and ready. Plus, diet, excersise (damn spelling),and certain nutrients (zinc, l-arginine) can help too. Some people take herbal supplements, and they seem to do OK for me, but nothing dramatic.
