Finally got arrested..fucked up night

Well last night i go to the basketball courts where some of my friends are usually there and one of my friends had a backpack full of beers and sold me 5 or 6. I get the beers but really wanted to smoke. So i drink, w.e. and land up going home. I snuck out of my house around midnight to a house where my friend that gave me the beers was at, and there was a min party going on. We find some kid to sell us weed and start rolling up blunts while parked in a car. Were blazin in this parked car when all of a sudden we see the flashlights(i immeditatly shoved my weed in my shoe(about 2g's).

There were 3 kids in the back including me and 2 up front. The cops came, grabbed us all out and immediatly placed us 3 in the back under arrest. They found a fucking empty weed baggy that wasnt mine under me, and booked me for that. They found adderall and an 8th on the other kid and found nothing on the other kid as well. So they searched me, took me to the station and did the mug shots and all that shit. This whole time im fucked out of my mind with 2 gs in my shoe. My dad comes and picks me up and thats that. I smoked my weed right when i got home which was about 3:00 am.

 

Damn dude, what is going to happen?

they booked you for an empty bag that just happened to be under you? screw the police. they think they're so high and mighty and think that their opinions are the truth. they thought the bag was yours, and now they're trying to force that opinion on everyone else.

sucks theres no way to prove that the empty baggie wasn't yours. lucky they didn't make you take your shoes off.

 

I know i did get lucky, but the bag i think had some keif or something in it, and it was under me so i got fucked. It made me so pissed off though, on the way to the station and in the station the cops were celebrating as if they just arrested a bunch of criminals, i was about to say something because of how much they were over-doing it. High fives, and everything the whole time..fucking pigs.

 

That's a crying shame no billy clubs were used.

Damn dude that sucks. But like it has been said, you do have some of the best stories. It sucks that this will be on you record, but most likly the cops wont even show up. they rarley do for small shit like that. and if they arent there, then you cant get charged with anything. Just dont plead guilty. I had 6 friends get busted. 3 plead guilty, 3 not. The judge didnt show, and the three who claimed not guilty got off with absolutly nothing.

 

It won't be on his record, most likely cleared when he turns 18 unless he gets in more trouble before then. My girlfriend got arrested when she was 17, was still tried as an adult and still her record was cleaned once she turned 18. You under aged mother fuckers getting away with everything

Meh. I went to court for truancy earlier in the year, funny story which I'll have to post later. Anyways, I feel for you. If going to court for truancy was stressful I can't imagine going to court for pot ~_~. It's not like you can win that argument using common sense.

dude for an empty baggy, no previous record......u should actually get off really easy. I suppose they could be gay and try for possession of paraphanelia, wich here is $365 ticket. But really they will be more into the guy who actually had mj plus the adderall. I would suggest getting your system clean, just in case (since your a minor) they give you a UA. If they do give you a UA and your clean.....they don't really have a case on you, especially with an empty baggy.

 

Well it was an empty baggy, but the charges are for possession. Its just not like that its written down anywhere saying that i only had an empty bag.

 

What bull shit, I can picture them celibrating and the officer in cahrge is guan go home and smoke a fatty.

The cops took a pipe and a bag of me once in an illegall search, they never mentioned it just took it and drove off. What fuck bags!

 

Oh man, that sucks. Just make sure you dress up real sharp when you go to court. It helps more than you would think.

ive been to court over 20 times and ive seen people get jail time for dressing wrong.
