Just saying no is great and something that we need to do. But we need to do more than just say no. It makes little sense to say no in writing or even action but still say yes with your money. Just as an example, if you disagree with how Walmart does business or political policies it supports then you should stop giving them your money. As long as you are willing to give your money a company or anyone else is not going to care what you have to say.

I think it would be a good idea, but like the poster right after you said, It would be difficult to get everyone to do it...or a lot.

    People are scared of change.

I agree with many of the posts on here...but as for a large social movement...

It's difficult to say if we could get enough people in a central location to pull it off. I believe that at this point there needs to be change of lifestyle and views before we can change the way "the system" works. So many are hung up on the consumer lifestyle and trying "to make it big" that until these ideals are done away with we couldn't possibly convince them to create a social movement against the government.

I believe anarchy is probably the best for a society because it gives people the most freedom. Before any one goes on an anarchy bashing rage, this is the idea: http://www.radical.org.uk/anarchism/

I believe in individual freedom, peace, love and harmony...but not everyone really believes in these ideals.

The best we all can do is unite and continue to educate and recruit people.

Im totally with you guys and I am always networking locally to get more things going activist wise. But my suggestion if you havent already is to just start DOING....even if it only comes down to planting seeds in people's minds. Approach people you wouldnt normally engage on a political level and discuss the issues. I am a shy person, but the turmoil we face as a nation must be addressed and no one around me is safe from intelligent spirited debate or "re-education" (conservative Bush leaning family members included).

Shameless political plug to follow: Ron Paul for President 2008 (www.ronpaul2008.com) join a local meetup.com Ron Paul support group and be a part of the Ron Paul Revolution www.meetup.com
Im a borderline anarchist so if I support an actual political candidate its probably worth checking into. He is the candidate the establishment is trying to silence. Please help out if you can.

there is a senator form alaska, who has excellent peace, environment, and diplomacy credentials, btw, who is being even more shut out of the debate proccess then the either dennis k. OR ron paul!

i don't know why i've kept forgetting his name every time i've gotten on here, but he really is worth looking up and listing to, and yes, the last i heard, his hat is in the ring.

his name is grevel. something like that. i can't remember how to spell it. but he keeps being mentioned on democracy now among other places and then i keep forgetting and then kicking myself for having up untill now done so.

(and i don't for the life of me, understand what congress is doing, or rather not doing.
i can understand empeachment off the table for the first hundred days, to get other things done first, but i can see no rationelle for keeping it off the table now.

bush, cheney, et al, need to be 'exrordinarily rendered' to someplace they can be given an open, honest and imparial war crimes trial)

    =^^=

Rebelfight420 seems to be the only one that isnt blind to the moment.

    But heres what i think
There isnt any point to starting a new government.
The concept of a government is the problem, any ruling administration,(the bigger the worse it is) is going to have holes, curruption and problems.
governments by the vary nature are not fluid enough as like any system, school, corperation or other rule making body of people that govern others.
    There are better ways.

Easiest way to change a corrupt government is to stop obeying them. Let go of the fear of consequence, and say fuck em! :)

I would like to believe that no sane person would consciously accept an implant if he or she knew that another individual would be able to control your body. If implants are coming, permission would not be asked.
