Sort of health-ish question actually (penis)

So I started masturbating when I was like 11, and I think when I was 13...

Well when I drew back the foreskin, there was some skin connected to the foreskin, so that the foreskin could not be withdrawn moreso than at the end of the penis head. Eventually this piece of skin was teared apart like a hymen. Is this normal? Yeah when I think about it it kind of reminds me of a hymen.

I haven't really been bothered by this, it was years ago anyways and my penis is having a great life.. But since I am about to have a medical checkup at the doctor due to my left eye I have been thinking more of health as of late and I wondered if this was normal or if something was wrong. As I said, my penis is having a great life, I am just wondering about this extra piece of skin. It looked quite natural..
But then again I have never heard or read about it.

The skin attached to the foreskin is called the frenulum, and it was too short. The tear removed the problem of not being able to retract your foreskin fully, but you should have the doctor examine it to see if the torn frenulum can create problems when your sex life becomes very active (if it is not already). But have him check it anyway.

The frenulum/string is there, and my sex life is just fine, there are no problems. [IMG]

But in some way it worries me, to some extent. I mean..

If I recall correctly there was tissue that went around the end of the penis head. So if I recall correctly the foreskin was kind of connected to the end of the penis head instead of the shaft. I am quite interested and curious because it looked very natural but I have never heard of such a thing. As it is difficult to illustrate maybe I should draw a pic?

Here is a pic from google, and I have marked the area where the skin was. I found the pic when searching for frenelum so the pic will only show the "backpart" of the penis, but I think it illustrates what I mean.

Portishead - some of this may relate to the natural attachment of the foreskin to the glans when you were a baby and as you grew. The foreskin cannot be retracted for many young babies and boys, and for many, it naturally is able to be retracted by the time the boy is a teenager. If it is forced back too forcefully at some point, there may be a tear. You should have a doctor check it out. How old are you now? Have you had intercourse yet? If so, was there any pain?

Yes, perhaps I shall ask this question on my appointment at the doctor.

I'm 19. No, no pain during intercourse.

I had a similar experience. It hurt like hell the first time my forskin retracted all the way, but after that it stopped. Now there is no pain at all.

Perfectly normal. It would have separated on its own in a few more years -- you just hastened it along by starting masturbating so young.

Being uncut just seems like such a hassle. I doubt it's worth it.
