Wanted to know something before i started my growth. If i use a 400 w light bulb would my electricity run up to the meters for one plant? If so is there any other light bulb to use or method where the bill wont crash the ceiling??????
running my 400w HID HPS for 12 hours a day.....my monthly bill only went up $10. when i run it for 18 hours a day my bill is up $15 per month.
well to be honest right now im attempting to use a 100 watt holegen light was free so hey cant beat free im hoping it works good because 50 for a bulb right now sheesh
halogen lights don't work well at all for growing mj. For one they are wayyyyy too hot, for another they aren't in the right spectrum for mj. It will work for the first week or two and then they'll die if you keep using that light.
