How safe would it be if I had sex with my gf (without a condom) and is on birth control and on her period?

It sounds prtty safe , but it depends on how long shes been on the pill, but nothing is 100%. There are still the posibility of STD's but if you know eachother pretty good and know.

I've had unprotected sex with my wife who is on the pill for 18 years. And the two children we had were planned. So, I would say it is pretty safe. Certainly, get rid of the condoms. Sex with a condom is like having a shower in a raincoat (sorry).

While there is very little chance of her getting pregnant (I would like to say impossable, but I don't want to be sued if she does ;)), as soon as you get rid of the condoms, you're both open to catch all sorts of things off each other.

If you're going to have unprotected sex, I highly suggest you both get checked out for STIs first.

I'm assuming that you've already had unprotected sex with her, right? Otherwise, ditching the condoms while she's having her period seems not quite like the time you'd want to be discovering the joys of unprotectedness... And yes, it's near impossible for a woman to get pregnant while on her period.

Its just as possible to be pregnant while she is on her period. Semen can live in her for like 5 days. Once her period is over, the egg would simply be fertilized.

And just out of curiousity.. when do u think she would produce an egg? She's on the pill after all.. n even if it did fail.. the likelihood of egg being produced with 5 days of her period is pretty small.. actually it'd have to be sex on day 7 of her period and the sperm would have to live 5 days for it to be viable.

As I said before.. vanishingly small.

I don't get why some people have sex with a condom and birth control, I mean wtf? thats just gay, if you don't have an STD, just do it with birth control, I don't get it. Its safe, without an infection.

OK, for a start, it's not "gay", if it's anything it's "Pathetic" or "Sad"... not gay. second of all, no it's not pathetic, it's called being careful. Some people like to be extra careful is all.

Now I agree, if you are uninfected by any STIs, then great, fuck away, but even then, what harm is it being careful?
