    hello friends sometime i masturbate 6-7 times /day is it harmfull for my penis and will it affect my future

    Too much. You may have trouble when you get to the real thing - intercourse, if you get too dependent on masturbation, which is really just practice for the real thing.

    It's actually impossible to masturbate too much. Once you reach your limit, your body won't let you take it any further - you won't even be able to get an erection, and/or you'll find it getting too painful to continue.

    One exercise you can try though - focus your own mind to self control, and totally deny yourself the pleasure of masturbation until you reach a fully erect state WITHOUT touching it beforehand - no fondling it to get it hardened up. It can be tough, having to hold out like that, but can also be very rewarding in the end.

    best to use a decent amount of lube each time to avoid your dick from getting sore or swollen. but you cant do any real damage
