Need Help finding good seed bank

A friend of mine was thinking about growing and we have been looking online for a good seed bank. We have come across many with a wide variety of prices some sites sell the same seeds but for vast amounts more money. Most importantly though we are looking for a bank that does not ship from the Netherlands. Could anyone recomend a bank that has fair prices and doesnt ship from Netherlands? thanks

how does one order and ship seeds with in the US? Thats my question, it appears that places will not ship to the fifty states,, is there a way around this?
