Andean Earflap Hat (pic heavy)

    I'd fallen in love with this hat as soon as I picked up Charlene Schurch's "Hats On!" book but didn't have the right size needles for the job. I've modified the pattern so that it works on my 5mm circular and dpns. The earflap portion in the same but I've cut back on the number of stitches in each round, the number of rounds, and changed the crown of the cap. Here's how it turned out (pardon the crazy hair):

    Geh! That is terrific! :D You're way, way too talented, girl(I just got back to beginner knitting again.. ahah)

    I wish it was cooler out so we could wear all the warm, pretty knits again. :(
