so tonight i'm hopefully going to try acid for the first time. I've never tripped before. I have done nitrous and weed. So do you think i would be okay if I took the hit at a friends house and went home about 2-3 hours later? Keep in mind if my dad found out he would flip. Would I be able to control myself in front of him? Also, would i be able to walk home from my friends house? It's only about 2 blocks, takes like a minute.
dude 2-3 hours later your going to be flying either good or bad you dont want to have to go walking around or talking to people that far into the trip. and if your dad has done drugs before or had druggie friends its going to be kinda obvious your on something if you start talking w/ him. My suggestion would be just do it at your place and stay in your room. or if you HAVE to do it at your friends house... take it, walk home, avoid conversation, and chill in your room. Its not very physically obvious but you can say some wild stuff on LSD like my 1st time I kept complaining bout my face melting and how I was being scanned by aliens. So avoid conversations and think sober if your going to be around your dad or even better wait and do it sometime tonite when you can just chill in your room.
Conversations, out of the question. Best thing would be to take it when you get home IMO ( my first time was 2 days ago). or take it 45 min. before going home, after your vision starts getting fucked up you should just stay in a room.
These are wise words, man. If you've never tripped before, you can't begin to know the power this stuff has on your perceptual abilities and vision. Since you're so young, it could be extremely intense and not altogether pleasant, especially if you are going to be close to where your Dad is. Wait 'til he goes on vacation or something, or you stay over at a friend's house while HIS parents are away.
