I recently got 1 gram of 5x extract of salvia. I've never tried it before and two of my friends and I were planning on doing it together. I've read up on it quite a bit, so I know all the precautions to take. I was just wondering what would be the proper dosage for each of us (considering we've never done salvia or any other psychedelics)? We also don't have a scale to measure it out on, so do you have any tips on accurately measuring without one? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Fill a bong. Use a torch lighter and hold it on the salvia for the whole hit. Hit it as hard as you can and hold the hits for at least 20 seconds. Repeat until you lose awareness of the bong. Make sure a friend is there to take it from you.
Be Careful. Salvia is not a recreational drug, but you can use it for self-exploration. It has been and can be used recreationally, but it isn't like weed or acid.
Use 4-6 pinches, do what 36 told ya. Shouldnt be too intense, you wont go to mad salvia space from it. ...I dont think....
