Alright, So I did everything how it said but in the end before I put in my spores I noticed my honey water isn't slightly yellow like they said it would be. It wasn't yellow at all.. So, I didn't proceed with putting the spores in. Any suggestions?? How do you guys do yours, tell me exactly how... How much of this, how much of that, how long to put it in the Pressure cooker for??
4% honey (at the very most; no more than that) 96% water 15-30 minutes at 15 psi 1 tablespoon honey : 1 pint water is about that ratio. It won't necessarily be yellow but it sometimes is. Usually, it is initially, but the yellow color tends to go away as it colonizes. It depends.
