Yoga Classes

    I fear that I do more research on yoga than the actual practice. We actually have things we have to learn before we can do the actual yoga. I didn't know there would be this much reading and studying involved, but I find it interesting learning about all of this. I didn't know there was a yoga sutra...LOL. :D

    Yoga is not about studying and learning and knowing, it is about doing and being.

    I'm the same way with sex. Too much "research" too little application.

    True, but being that I don't know much of the background and history, I have been asked to study it. During the class, it is doing and being. :D

    i did yoga in gym class and i didn't like it.
