are you afraid of needles?

my son isn't, he's had about a million since he was diagnosed with cancer in May. He's so brave and this is my favourite pic of him since he started his chemotherapy. Don't you love him???

What kind of cancer has he been diagnosed with, if you don't mind me asking? How's he handling the chemo?

 

He has Hodgkin's disease. He's getting better already though, starting his 4th round next week. He may or may not need radiation after that. What a dude.

I'm fuckin terrified of needles. Anyways, humans are strong, resiliant, things, they can withstand nearly anythin, kid's a fuckin playa.

 

He will be so fucking strong as he ages, because of what he's going through now.
And honestly, look at the reactions you get from people.... We are all in awe. Tell him about us, tell him that people care. I send you any strength i have left within me.

wow thanks everyone! His name is joshua and he's only 6. He likes to breakdance, play Super Mario, listen to music and hang with his brothers. All the encouragement is wonderful!
