staying in motels. I don't know what it is, but I get almost giddy when I know I will have a "motel existence" for a little while. It is really strange the "little kid" excitement that overtakes me about motels. Strange...
i love the big fancy hotels with the huge hallways that go around the hotel. for some reason, i really like to be able to see everyone in the hallway.
Don't get me wrong, I love all motels/hotels, but I just really dig the roadside inns right off the beaten path. I'm trying to get a job staying in motels/hotels and doing reviews on them. Being a writer by trade and addicted to motels...I'm the perfect candidate!
Strange motels are loaded with weird possibilities, fringe folks pass through, unusual infractions of pointless laws often get violated there, untold tales of pathos leak out of the walls, who could not like...strange motels
I love the fact that you can party like a rockstar in a motel and not have to worry about anything or cleaning up...... sorry hotel maids I feel for ya sometimes
I know exactly what you mean. I always get so excited, too. I was just on a trip for ten days and I stayed in at least three or four hotels, so you can imagine my excitement. I don't even know why it's so exciting... It really shouldn't be after you've stayed in about twenty-five (or more) hotels over the years.
Its exciting because its a new place where you don't have to feel uncomfortable as if you were staying at someone's house, and its fun to ride the elevators and shit... yeah hotels are sweet
I'm willing to bet theyd' find more in your discusting crap in your bedroom then in a motel room. Most are kept pretty damn clean. Except the covers on the bed. Sheets get cleaned everyday, covers do not. Throw them in the corner first thing you do when entering a motel.
Yup i admit im attracted to hotels/motels also. Actually id rather be home but i know exactly what you mean. I dont know why mabey because of the tidyness or something.
When 20 or so hippies crash a motel six room for a few days after lots of trimmy work, thats an interesting time, I feel sorry for the maid.
