Hi-hi! I had a dream a week or two ago, and it included my step mother and me in the car, driving down a dark road. I had a dream quite a while ago, where my dad and step mom both were in the car, and they started kissing and paying no attention to the road. They started to run over small children who were playing in the street of their own neighborhood. Eventually, in said dream, my dad and step mom ended up getting hit themselves. But this isn't the dream I'd like to talk about just yet. I want to tell you the whole story of the one a week ago. My step mother and I were in the car, driving to some unknown place. It was getting dark, and we were coming up to a dark neighborhood. By dark, I mean there were trees all around the neighborhood, which shadowed it heavily. You could hardly see anything beyond the trees from where we were. We were getting close to entering the shadowed neighborhood, when a little girl, looked around 8, maybe 9, came out of the darkness. She was in the street, but not too far, so she was unlikely to be hit. She was running towards a small house thought to be her own, which was right outside the neighborhood. As we continued to drive, knowing we wouldn't hit her, Tiffany, my step mother, said "Don't do that to Daddy". The first thing that came, was that if the girl had gotten hit and died, her dad would have been the saddest. Another thing that I noticed about the girl, was that it seemed like she was wearing a pink poncho, of some sort. As we kept driving, we finally entered onto the dark street. We weren't too far, when I saw another little girl, maybe 6, 7, running the same way Poncho-girl did. Not far enough to get hit, but still unsafe. She, again like the last, stopped close to a house. She looked to be wearing a grass hula skirt, bikini top (I think), and Lei. As she ran, she screamed "I'm running away from you!" quite playfully. Just a few seconds later, two more girls dressed in hula clothes were chasing her, screaming "We're coming towards you!". It was like a game. We didn't hit any of the girls, thankfully. Not even the large mass of little girls running towards the car, screaming loudly. All of these girls were also dressed in Lei and grass skirts. With such a large crowd, Tiffany, at some point, said "Don't do that to Daddy" again. There was one girl that stood out to me. She was younger then the rest, and falling behind two other girls, screaming and wearing a grass skirt, just like the rest. Yet she was kind of familiar, and she looked like a little girl I know in real life. Immediately, the car stopped, I got out, and walked silently towards the girl. She stopped, for some reason, but her head was directed away from me. I did the dumbest thing a person could do in this situation. I bent down, put my hand on the stranger's shoulder, and said "Hey, don't run so far in the road!" to the little girl. Of course, she turns around to see me, and begins to scream again, now even louder. That's when I woke up. Does anyone know what this dream means? If so, please tell! Thank you for reading!
Obviously an anxiety dream. Afraid of being hurt, afraid of hurting her ... not intentionally though ... Ok, here's a guess, I could be way off, but u asked, so, here goes. Yer afraid of hurting yer Dad by being distant to yer step mom ... Maybe that or being reckless in some way. Something that you do. Will that cause yer Dad to be upset cuz yer Dad wants to see you get along. The driving together to some place, is yer relationship with yer step mom, it's headed someplace, and that place you feel uncertain about (shadowy). The first dream kinda sounds like yer parents hurting someone by ignoring them, or not paying them much attention. These children may be you perhaps. You or yer sister... if you got one.. Well my dream interpretations for the day are done...
