Say goodbye to my dank/headies drought

So I've been smoking almost exclusively mids for the last... 9 months or so, due to two factors - one, being in Birmingham where dank is scarce, at least amongst my friends and two - being back in New York but without any friends who smoke/know people.

Yesterday was a beautiful day. One of my roommates is going to London next semester, and yesterday it became official that a good friend of my other roommate is going to sublet his room. It turns out this guy used to grow for about 10 years, and is still best friends with some people who have a huge farm. He smokes a lot of dank every single day, and hates to smoke alone, not to mention that he invited me to go to a clipping party at this farm where we will spend all day clipping pounds and pounds and pounds of dank followed by smoking A LOT OF IT

My fellow bud smokers, I hate to brag about my own good fortune, but just this once I have to - I just hit the jackpot.

To make up for my bragging, I will offer any of you to send me a PM whenever you're in Manhattan this fall, and we will totally meet up for a sweet J!

I will definitely post pics. I just tried to take one with my camera phone, but it turned out terrible, and now hipforums is giving me crap about the file type, so I am going to forget about it for now. He sold me a $20 sack from his personal stash last night, and what's remaining of it is this one fat little nugget, not long but very fat, very orange, dense as hell, quite crystally (although not quite up there with the practically white stuff I got at broo).
