this one time i took E.. while i was coming down on it - i was convinced that the government was watching me, and my every move, and that everybody was in on it.. and that they were doing whatever it took, in thier power to keep it a secret. and i thought that they put a hidden camera inside the tv in my room.. (my tv faces my entire room) paranoid fuck...
Nowadays I don’t think the Government tries to keep it a secret that they are watching everybody. They just do it and call it National security.
I agree with all the responses on here; the government IS watching us. Hello, the Patriot Act is a surefire sign of it. The funny thing is, it doesn't seem like many Americans mind. And if they DO mind, they're not doing a lot to change this issue. Nowadays people are willing to trade in their privacy for a false sense of security. IMO, the government creates a hype when it comes to impending "terrorist attacks." In reality, I don't think we're any where near another attack...then again, if we don't get our asses out of Iraq soon we might set ourselves up for WWIII.
you might as well say that we are in another world war. here's the thing though, this war is un-nessecary. I think the gov. watches us to find our weakness and they pounce upon them!!(insurance, mortgage, homeland security)-we should move to canada. lol.
That depends on the Government you are Governed by, Her MAjesty's Canadian Government I see yours is, in that case I wouldnt be worried. If it were the United States of America then yes I would be worried; Republics are nutorious for thier inconspicous control over thier people. You live in a Monarchy so dont be worried because the Government has limited power. I think here in the GB Kingdom that we are watched to some extent....but I feel a sense of safty under the Monarch, like shes watching over us type othe thing, sounds wierd but.
