Does anybody know the title of this song? French lyrics, female vocals

I am trying to figure out what song this is. I recorded it using a voice recorder. It's semi-bad audio quality and there are some distractions and people talking. But midway through, it clears up and the song is at its clearest possible state. If anybody knows what song this is or have any idea, it would help.

Some of the lyrics that I can make out include
"baby dont you danser"
and
"i just want"

 

I am wondering if there is anybody who is familiar with the french language to listen to the audio clip and try to get some of the lyrics.

 

I'm sorry the quality of your audio sample is just too bad to understand the lyrics....

But it sounds a bit like some "Kate Ryan".
