can anyone tell me how to get started? like do i need software, or mabye a good free site that will teach me the basics, what kind of sys, requirements that kind of thing. any help would be greatly app. thanks! peace!
My only advice is learn to script it yourself. It's hard to learn, but when it can be done you will be much happier as it will cause less problems than one that is created with frontpage/word or the like. There's some great HTML tutorials on the net but I can't remember where. However, a search in Google will almost certainly bring them in to the light.
