Well it looks like I may be moving to the Fayetteville/Roger area of Arkansas by fall.

My g/f is planning on moving there in the next several month so I'll prolly join her a few months after she moves there.

Any leads on housing, jobs meeting cool pholks would definately be appreciated.

Fayetteville: See if Dark Star visuals is still open. there's been a divorce since I was last there, but they would put on some awesome shows.
venues I liked were: George's Majestic, Chester's Place, Dave's On Dixon and occasionally Juanita's.
The Ozark Natural Food Co-op rocks.
listen to the college radio station for a show hosted by Daniel Gold. it's a jam radio show & quite good. The name was a play on "an Honest Tune."

the used book store on Dixon is one of the best in the country.

Dark Star is still open. There was some sort of legal trouble with the name, so
now it's called DSV Boutique. There's alo a place across the train tracks on Dixon called Sidney's. They sell art prints, posters, tapestries, pipes, and other similar things. On Colledge Av., theres a New Age shop called Passages; with mosty herbs, candles, books, insence, and other stuff like that.

Every Saturday ther's a Farmer's Market on the square, in the beginning of October, there's the Bikes, Blues, and Barbecue rally, and at the begining of Spring they have Spring Fest.

Dave's on Dixon is closed, but a new place called The Gypsy has opened up, as well as the College Inn Cafe.

There are also several Art galleries in Fayetteville and Bentonville, if your into that.

It's a pretty cool area to live in
