I have meditated for about 4 years now but feel like I would like a teacher or guide to help me understand and gain more direction. Can anyone recommend good teachers or systems? I have used holosync as well as monroe and Higher Balance meditation techniques but I am getting more interested in Enlightenment now. Also I live in a small rural area so this is why I am interested in cd systems because I can't travel often to bigger cities.

Go to www.oshoworld.com there you will find "The Book of Secrets" by Osho. Its a comprehensive guide to the 112 meditation techniques described in the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra. I think the cd systems can only take you so far but they always take you there and that place can be a jumping off point for enlightenment..which is the ultimate purpose of meditation.
