"Proper" way to inhale?

here in salas, you get knocked the fuck out for throwing away a roach or blunt roach, valuable little nugs in there man

 

There is no need to hold in the smoke longer than a couple of seconds. All of the biggest heads I know exhale after 2-3 seconds, and I can't tell you how many times I have tripped the fuck out after smoking a single bong hit and only holding it in for about two seconds.

just take the biggest hit off the joint as you possibly can then take your mouth off the joint then inhale a breathe of air making the smoke shoot to your lungs then hold it for 5-7 seconds so the thc sinks into your lungs then blow out the smoke.

 

hell yeah, never throw away roaches where Im from, you'll get socked lol.
