Are there any other Cross Canadian Ragweed fans in here? I've found them about 2 yrs. ago and fell in love. I don't understand how they got stuck with a country label though. Yeah some of there music does include the harmonica and the fiddle but they've got some rockin' hits too. They are playing at Austin City Limits Music Festival this year. Along with a pa-shitload of other great bands. Its a shame I don't have the time or money. Its going to be legendary. Peace, "C"
because after David Allen Coe, CCR has the worst crowd ever and the PR machine for the band promotes them based on the fact that a show they OPENED for sold out of beer. Shit, I like the guys themselves, mostly. but I can't hang at their honkytonk shows. Give me Red Dirt Rangers, Jimmy La Fave or Kevin Welch ANY day.
