I have a hacker and I don't know how to stop it. He / She can read everything being said on my computer, and has some how gotten into one of my old sns. Tho they only threat and never do anything more than what they have. They've been playing mind games on me and my friends, and I'd like to get to an end of this. If there is someone out there who could help me I would much appreciate it. I am also willing to pay to bring this jerk down!

    Stop bing interesting to them.
Really.... when not in use turn the computer off,s o they can't access it (they will move on).
If you know how release and renew your ip address (this will cause you get get a new ip - making it harder for him to find you on the net.)
Install a firewall and all the latest patches for your os.

If you want to be super hard core - go Linux.

I think things are more complicated than you think. That might be a good thing for you.

    1) How is this 'hacker' threating you? I am not asking what the 'hacker' is saying in words. What is his means of communication?

Are the threats through email, or instant messanger, or what? 2)And how do you know he/she can see everything you type? I don't think someone could look through every single IP packet from your computer and still have time to eat, sleep, and be alive.

I thought I would mention that Linux is 99.999% 'hacker-proof' strait out of the box. No virus scan or spyware crap needed. Really, you dont even need a firewall but Linux has its own firewall.

Yeah, re-install your WIndows, or go to Linux. That really is going to wipe everything and start you out fresh. Here is what I use. It is really hacker-proof. There is no spyware, malware, or anything like that. Never have to defragment your hard drive either. Great OS. Good luck!
