Lucid dreams/ controlling your dreams

I've been trying it for like the last week, and I recently went and purchased The Teachings of Don Juan at a used bookstore, but I was at a Branes and Noble/ Borders and I found a book of his on "the Art of Dreaming," is that the one you got that from?

This can be more difficult than you might imagine actually, it is easier in a low level lucid though, as your very near to normal dreaming. In a very high level its harder cause your mind is very bright and awake but finds it hard to accept you can do some of the extraordinary things you can do in a lucid.
