personally.....I think the puppy needs to walk to build up its little body and burn off some energy.....but , ive always had big dogs.
I keep Giggling... Imagining Walking About with Marnie in a Sling... And Her Little Dog Boots...And Coat... AHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Until just now, I had no idea that these things existed. Are you guys serious that people spend money on special sling things to carry around FUCKING dogs? If it's true and not just a clever hoax, I think anybody that uses one should be forcefully deported to a Delhi or Calcutta slum and made to live there for a year to learn the value of money. Maybe then they would stop being such pretentious fuckers. I really can't believe this is true.
its a dog, not a baby. put it on a fucking leash and let it walk itself i could undrestand if you ha da 3legged dog, or a tiny dog in the dead of winter (-40 type weather) but seriously, dog needs to walk itself. if you baby it too much it wont know its a dog, itll be one of those small annoying obnoxious dogs that im sorely tempted to punt every time i see them, the kind who think they rule people not ht eohter way around
As long as it gets enough exercise otherwise, I don't see the problem with people carrying their puppies/small dogs around in a sling on occasion. I know a lot of people that just leave their dogs at home alone getting little to no exercise, so at least with one of these puppy slings you're spending time with the pup.
I didnt know they were real either till i seen them selling on E BAY......they are the same as the baby slings.
I can't believe how utterly fucking stupid some people are. I think if I saw somebody with a puppy sling, I could end up in court.
A puppy sling is the same thing as those papoose carriers for babies that you wear...people have them for their small dogs now. I might add that Miss muddie isnt the one that wanted it for Marnie , it was her MOM that seen the puppy sling and had to have it for the puppy...allong with booties and such.
what breed is your dog mud? I have never heard of them but let's say yiou are in a crowded place and need to walk quickly or its cold out or the dog likes it for trips then use it if you like it.... its not like the dog wouldnt ever get any excercise right? Better than being tied up on some fencepost while the owner is at work.
you can't take your puppy to work anyway, sling or not, unless your boss likes having puppies at work.
Marnie is a 12 Week Old Yorkshire Terrier Puppy... my mother wants to get the Sling...So that on Weekeneds When she Goes Out for the Day... She can Take Marnie with Her... Marnie Gets PLENTY of Excercise Running Around Outside... But When mum is Out for the Day...Marnie Eventually Gets Tired...And Needs to be Carried Around While She is Sleeping... The Puppy Sling may make it Easier for Marnie to be Carried Around in...
