Do you have to use porn for masturbating?

My friend said that if I masturbate without porn or something to have thoughts over I am 'doing it wrong'! True or not?

 

No waaay. It's better not having to use those things because often times you'll need to resort to the internet which could infect your computer with viruses. And as for wrong, if you still orgasm, cum, and if it feels good, how is that wrong?

 

over reliance on porn could made orgasm without porn (ie when with a real girl) difficult, but using it sometimes or often isnt htat bad. its when you require it to orgasm that therhes an issue

 

OH god...I really must try and not watch porn when I masturbate. I don't masturbate everyday, but when I do, I always watch porn...

 

just alternate. one day without, one day with, or somethign like that. or try moving to erotica instead of porn now and then (ie literotica.com) which is more like fantasizing, only with someon eelses words than watching two people ram it at each other

 

I really think I should stop masturbation for a while, and then try to get aroused without watching porn, just by fantasizing...that might work, eh?

 

No i used to do it without anything but it wasnt all that great. Now i have a big picture of my boyfriend on my wall so on the days i dont see him for a whole day and need some sex i masturbate and look at his picture the whole time and wish that he was there so i wouldnt have to be doing it myself.

 

But you see, you didn't have to watch porn. Looking at your boyfriend's picture is not like watching porn. I am not saying that I need porn to get it up, but it takes a while for to cum if I am not using porn.

My orgasm is a lot more satisfactory when I am watching porn. But I don't want to be in a position where I am going to need it. So I am trying to think of a way to get over it.
