    well, I think of it as an accessory..Im not going to allow my dog to always be carried in a sling, thats just defeats the purpose of having the dog in the first place. But, as it stands, I would get one, maybe take my dog out at night, in this sling, and just let it chill, take it out every half hour, let it stretch, do its thing for about a good 5 minutes, and then pop it back in the sling. I think of it more as an accessory rather than a "leash-type" paralyzer
