Nicholas Cage is a terrible actor.

The only semi-good movie he has ever been in is "Adaptation".

And Wild at Heart, Pavel. But no, I don't like the guy.

I think it's sad that there was even a Wicker Man remake.

Oh man, I forgot all about Wild at Heart, I've seen that movie once, but I was on drugs... which made it much better, but which also led me to barely remembering it.

Yeah I can't stand him. He plays the same part quite often. I hate how at the end of his sentences he trails off into a whisper.

The beginning of Wild at Heart is awesome, with Sailor (Cage) beating that guy's head to a pulp. :D Violent, bloody... but awesome. :D

Loved him in Matchstickmen and since then 'll watch him in anything. But don't most stars play pretty much the same roles in their films? He's more a top star than a great actor surely?:)

Well he was pretty damn good in Leaving Las Vegas. Also he was great in a relatively unknown Martin Scorsese film called Bringing Out the Dead where he plays an ambulance driver that sees the ghosts of the people that he couldn't save. I think that he definitely has alot of talent and range, but he tends to get typecast as alot of actors do.

I LOOOOOOOVVVVVEEEEE Leaving Las Vegas, and after the first page I thought I would get to be the first one to mention it +_+

    but yeah, I think he's a great actor =)
I think some may be disuaded by having seen him in some of his lesser works that were more mainstream.
    such as Con Air.

Nowhere near a legend, but definitely has some good movies, though he's put out some crap the past few years. But the rock was one of hte best action movies ever made.
