my one teacher was like 6'11 and had HUGE arms and drove a toyota tercel. he could hold both the doors while driving cuz its such a crappy small car. Everyone would make fun of him and then he bought a new car because he said he realized if he got hit by another car he would literally get smashed to bits. Its funny to see big people in small cars.
33 miles a gallon is pretty standard today, but its pretty nice your still getting millage like that in an older car.
maybe so, but regardless, turcels are known for there great gas mileage. the can get upto 46+mpg with no mods. its good shit.
^^^ gotta love the pre-90s when cars were made to run forever... instead of these bullshit cars that need to be serviced every other day because of something.. i've put maybe a total of $400 into the car.. and thats including the $200+ for brand new tires.. i just now put a quart of oil in my car after the oil being changed in june '06... and i rarely have to ever put coolant or tranny fluid... maybe once a year.. and it can do 85 on the open highway lol... kinda scary though.. cuz if that car would lose control at 85.. it would be torn into bits
meh, i opted out for the 06 with Navi, the type S really didnt offer anything that impressed me too much, and it was quite a bit more
I actually didn't really like driving the TL. It could just be because I just started driving acouple of months ago but I prefer something bigger with more room and less sensitive brakes. Just makes it more easy to drive.
I prefer German and American over Asian cars. I just have never liked what Japan has done for us. That's why I drive a Volkswagen. It's a 1991 Jetta, looks like a piece of shit, but has less than 45,000 original miles. So I like it. Good gas mileage, good little car.
haha well the TL is pretty much like one of the biggest sedans in it's class, so maybe u should look into trucks/limo's lol
I almost never drive anymore, don't really have to. I usually take my longboard or bike wherever I'm heading. But, when the time does call for an automobile, I drive a 2000 Buick Century. It's like driving around on your grandfather's couch.
