Do I need to precook the vegetables at all? Or will the tofu and veggies cook on the barbeque at the same rate? I'm using onions, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, regular firm tofu, and bell peppers... Thanks for the help. Also, I'm cooking for non vegans. We're gonna have boiled corn, fried tomato brown rice, and ________? Rhubarb cobbler for dessert. Any quick and easy ideas appreciated... I only have a couple hours!
also... I'm going to coat the kebabs with sesame seeds. Should I do this before or after bbqing them? thanks
you should be fine cookin em all together put the sesamy seeds on 1st i think & the suggestion for the other thing to make portabelo mushrooms marinate the caps in a soy sauce mix with chives or something grill them with the cap with the spores side up so it forms like a bowl with the underside of the cap filled with the marinade
