what is poetry(ever thought about that?)

what is poetry to you?
is it pretty letters and lines contained and certain things
and really bling?
is it not knowing the words you say until you type them in a plastic box?
is it spirit moving abounding like a fox ?
is it clever and witty like a sporatic ditty hopping through the box?
is it being drunk and sounding on the rocks?
fuck is it anything at all?
what is poetry to me?
poetry is the sound of me.
it is that moment when i know exactly what time it is without looking at a watch.
it is the expression of hold the pure.
it is the bloody rag in the toilet bowl.
poetry is the floor i'm sure you've heard that one before

 

peotry is saying, I'm going to write something and just writing what ever flows out of you

 

Poetry is whatever feelings that are roaming around inside your head or your heart spilling out onto paper and being transformed into something beautiful.
