    I am fit enough for what I need, but I would like to be more flexible. and a little stronger, but for now i want to concentrate on flexible, I know there are specific things to worry about when thinking about this, could you please shead a little light for me thank you !

    ankles need more mobility
    knees need stability
    hips need more mobility
    lower back needs stability
    upper back needs mobility

    you will gain flexibility from strength training and getting stronger

    You could try yoga and pilates as they can make you more flexible and help with your strength.

    thank you flower child, I thought of trying Yoga out it seems fun, I will look for yoga sites later:D

    For free yoga workouts, check out yogatoday.com They have a new 1 hour class everyday. Usually, one during the week is a beginning class.
