Yeah it's happened to me before, pot can be really trippy when it's headies and you smoke a lot of it, especially after you've done acid. Don't worry about it, just try to focus on some music or something and know that it will pass. My problem used to be that I would panic, but through experience I've learned how to avoid major panic.
I had some of the biggest, longest flashbacks I've ever had on Sunday, after doing a big line of ketamine. Beforehand, I've had literal "flash" backs, that last for a maximum of 3-4 seconds before I literally snap back to reality, but yesterday I had flashbacks that lasted for several minutes at a stretch. It was also my first experience a *positive* flashback of any sort (the rest had all been flashbacks of my bad trips). I was dancing at an outdoor psytrance party (which was fucking awesome btw (pic)), when all of a sudden the party turned into like my fantasy party - the best possible party my mind could imagine given the setting - the music cranked up, sped up a little, everyone suddenly went crazy and danced like maniacs, and I felt *fantastic*, but I realised immediately it was an acid flashback. I went with it for a few minutes before it got boring, but then I found that I couldn't actually break free from it, and that wasn't very comfortable so I took a walk away from the main floor and tried to bring myself back to reality - eventually I got there using a nitrous balloon.. because my mind associates nitrous balloons with a brief trip out of reality, and then slow but definite reintegration, so I often use them with much success, to get out of situations like that. Edit: also, interestingly I had a negative flashback that lasted a few minutes too, but it wasn't a really scary one, just really quite uncomfortable. What's most interesting about it is that it was from a trip I had over a year ago, and I had never before had a flashback from that trip - I'd completely forgotten about it in fact.
