Serbian pop/rock singer

Hello
I'm from Serbia.. also a big fan of one of the most popular singers in Serbia.
Her name is Goca Trzan, and she begin her carrer in metall/rock band named "Distorzija", after "Distorzija" she was in pop group "Tap011" and after 5 years spent in that group she is solo for 8 years.

I love zeljko Joksimovic! Haven't heard anything by Goca Trzan but will check it out.

 

Zeljko is one of the best pop singers, talented composer.

Goca is just great singer, but have wondereful woice and songs.

I'd like to hear your opinion

well, she doesn't have ambition to do something out of Serbia, especially in America or some western country.. we are small country, and for world carrer you need a lot of money and contacts.. but maybie soon she'll record two of her songs in English and Spanish, and I'll let you know if that happen

Well, I was at some concert at Herceg Novi where she performed at this summer and I didn't like her preformance, she was very impolite, telling rude dirty jokes (and her baby daughter and many more little kids were in the audience) and she sang over play-back her songs and then many of other singer's songs (mostly folk).....I think her music is becoming worse with every new album, after Tap011 she had few good songs and then went to complete folk music....She is a good singer, but she needs to improve the quality of her songs....
Unlike Ivana Pavlovic who made such a progress with 'Negative' since she left Tap011...

it's true taht her best album was her first album "U niskom letu", but she had great songs later too ... like "Po mome srcu hodaj", "Cutanje", "Krila andjela"...

the problem is that people know only popular/comercial songs... but you should listen complete CD. I don't hear any folk in her songs

I've heared that only fiew songs at the begining she sang on "matrica" but later there was a band playing.. you have clips and pics here:
