Just thought i'd share some info on how crappy things are here, in Estonia, to be precise. First of all, EEK vs USD ... 1 EEK is 0.09 USD A gram (yes, ~1/30 ounce) costs 300 EEK here (cheaper when bought in larger bulks) so 1 GRAM is ~25 USD. Most people don't care about the sort since getting weed here is hard as it is so they just settle with everything as long as it looks and smells like weed, but if you know some people you dont have to worry about the quality, just people ripping off even from the tiny 0.5g grips, the weed itself comes all the way from netherlands they say but it goes through a bunch of other countries so it probably gets ripped and shit a billion times before it gets here. 0.5 grams is enough to get high for an evening if you're alone, depending on how much "experience" you have, i'm happy if i have a G for an evening. thats mosty what people buy...0.5 to 2-3 grams. heavily connected people with loads of money buy like 100 grams, sell 50 and smoke the other 50 for free, but thats rare unless like i said, you've got connections and you deal. an ounce with raw prices would cost like 750 usd here...(you get a little off for buying so much but not THAT much) as far as i know thats really shit compared to the states and other countries, but i still manage to get high atleast once a day so it isn't that bad, though it could be loads better
no offense but it sounds like estonia sucks lol. are there other more common drugs that people use instead of pot there cause 25 bucks for a dime would blow
that's just how it is, and yes there are loads of other drugs floating around the market...pretty much all i've ever heard of move around here, but i don't get involved in that type of shit, i'm all about weed. only thing that i can think of that's cheaper than weed in money-to-'high' ratio is ex. the weed prices have gotten a bit expensiver over the past year, it used to be around 20 for a ..dime? if that's what you call a g. estonia is fine man, but it would be 2x times better if the fucking heroin loving russians would get the fuck out of our country.
Are you serious? haha, if you are then what made you think about coming to Estonia in the first place? Thought you'd score some great deals off the streets? The chance of that happening is ...well heck, i don't think you have bigger chances doing that no matter where in the world as a tourist. you'd get ripped off big time The possession laws...hm well technically it's not a good idea to get busted here, but on the other hand compared to some countries it's more than ok. if they find 10g+ from you you're considered as a dealer and then it can get pretty bad, but that just means you have to pay shitloads of money. the only way to end up in jail is to get busted with a huge ammount or just with a growing room/field. there are alot of undercovers walking around and talking directly about weed on the phone isn't smart either...legally they can't listen to your phonecalls without a court order, but they do it anyway if they feel that they might've found someone that would deal or someone that would lead them to the dealer. they threaten normal smokers with some crazy shit to get them to rat out their dealer and then they do the same to the dealer to get to the supplier so it's a big game of trust here and some people really don't like weed here, stupid morons have been brainwashed by all the branches of the government. so basically if you just possess a little they'll just fuck with you a little to get some names and numbers and you'll have to pay a fine and you're free if they don't suspect anything else. to tell the truth it's a big mess here, sometimes people end up in jail for a few days or a month for basically nothing and sometimes you get caught with even more weed and end up walking out of the police station with a warning or a small fine a few hours later. when it comes to cops im more worried about my family finding out, those poor things don't know the difference between harmless weed and some needle loving fuckheads and i bet they wouldn't listen either.
