How old do you think a person should have to be to join the Military? Should it be the age that it currently is (18) or should men and women have to be 21 before they are able to enter into the armed forces? If you think 18 is old enough, should the age of drinking and owning a firearm in the United States also be 18? Why or why not?

Before answering, consider that to own a legal firearm you must be 21 years of age. To drink, gamble in a casino or go to a strip club (if they serve alcohol) you also must be 21 years of age.

You used to have to be 21 to vote.

I've always liked b.y.o.b. nude strip clubs because they dont force you to buy a drink, and the women come out of all their clothes. Anyhow, since they try 16 year olds as adults they should lower the legal age of adult to 16 here in the U.S.

Then 16 to drive, 16 to vote, 16 to marry, 16 to drink, 16 to buy firarms, and 16 to join the military.

The minimum age should be like... 111 years old.

I'd rather raise the age of those that can enlist. Lowering the age for those that can vote has accomplished nothing.
