How much weight can you lose in a week by not eating, or eating very little or just fruit? I know it's not healthy and it's not something you should do, I just need to know, Thanks

not much your body will go into shock and hold onto the weight and any water that you drink

You can lose from 3-7lbs. It all comes back though. There was a time when I used to go on fasts for about 5 days at a time and i'd lose about that much. Usually it's water weight and not real fat that is lost so it comes back.

    Get a bike.

Starving causes your body to go into survival mode. Instead of losing weight, you will gain, because your body is trying to store fuel for the hard times ahead it believes are coming. Don't give it that idea.

Physical activity is all you need. The best way to burn fat is to sweat it out. You'll also have the benefit of feeling much better after the weight falls off than if you had starved yourself.

    Get buffed.

Nobody holding your leash but you.

I dropped 6 kilos (13 pounds) in 4 days to make weight for a wrestling tournament once. But that was mostly water weight.

It is true your body goes into starving mode after depriving it of food so long. But in a week this wont happen. It's only after prolonged periods of starving. Still it is not a healthy method of weight loss, but just saying...
