when do i pick the morning glory seeds

in my town they grow all around in jards whild there are a lot of plants but im not shure when to get the seeds from the plant and a friend of mine told me that the seeds must be old enough

 

not sure but I think you have to wait until the flower falls off and then the seed pod is exposed

All high status figures and anyone with any wealth or knowledge was probably abusing some opiate based substance///presidents and such...marijuana is good also...the two plants given to us by god for our use....ya know theres nothing wrong with being on opiates the rest of ur life, the problems come with cessation of use.
