You have to be at least 18 to get the referral from a doctor. So 18 is the earliest you could get one. Some of the actual marijuana clinics require people to be 21 before they'll give you a card though, so you'd have to check there first.
Thats bullshit. If its ganna be used as medacine, they shouldent be able to controll who can have it. Its like saying only 18+ can be prescribed vacadine or somthing.
First off now CALI is a state wide program and I know of few cases where teens get medical pot. I even see a mother just as a care - taker go into the club and get 300 worth of stuff for son dieing of cancer as a teen. If a teen wants a parent can OK it with doctors. At 18 you can do it on your own and that's that.
