Not sure if you can really do Judaism in a nutshell....

Its main belief is in 1 God and the Written Torah (bible/old testament) which he passed to moses, followed by the oral torah, which was passed verbally through generations.

Too many rituals/holidays to go through. I'm not sure what religion you come from but understand Judaism is much older then religions like christianity or islam, and has some very high levels of complexity the further you want to go into it.

I think it would be easier to answer knowing a little about your background. That way we'd have a point A to compare to point B. Otherwise there really is just so much to cover and nowhere to start. I will try a little.

In Judaism everyone can pray for themselves. There is no intermediary.
God is understood as being an immaterial Creator, neither male nor female, who, though we may speak of God in different terms familiar to us, is beyond complete human comprehension. He is both near and far. But views of God in Judaism can vary a lot within reason.

There is a lot of emphasis on charity which is seen as a sort of justice. Also on community. There are a lot of commandments that structure things like charity. So even on a day when one didn't want to give at all, he would still be required to give at least X amount. The commandments also have to do with the way people deal with others at work and elsewhere, the types of ritual.

The most important holiday is the Sabbath. It happens from friday at sunset to saturday at nightfall. On it we abstain from 39 categories of work. This, of course, is not true for everybody. It depends on the branch of Judaism and, within liberal branches, what one chooses to take upon himself.

    Um... Any specific questions?

The emphasis on charity is the best part, at least for me. My activism is very important to me.
