Turn ons turn offs ..whats your thoughts

ok so this may seem to be an odd threat but call it an experiment, what im trying to learn from posting this is the differance's between male and femal turn ons this includes sight smell and touch , i will list mine first in order i guess lol

Sight ,well obviously as im sure it is for every one good looking men and women both turn me on rather fast tho a turn off is when they are either too big muscle wise or there disporportaioned (sc please lol)

Smell, Sweet smells rose's , lavander, lilac, honey
Turn off , BODY ODOR ewwwww and musk

Touch , mmm easy one a soft touch along the back of my neck, will make me calm down or frisky very quickly along the caff is a good one too and middle of the chest turns offs are , Back of the ears, Left side (med thing) and along the ribs

(please do not post on this if your not willing to share anything like i said its just a curious study of mine.)

 

Well as far as looks go I guess I have a pretty refined "taste". I tend to go for bigger guys and although hair colour doesn't matter too much, I prefer dark hair. Hairy arms, a nice beard and chest hair are also major turn ons for me. Also I find nice, strong hands great. Nice eyes and a nice smile...*sigh*

Smells...Well, I like people's natural smell (not B.O. but a nice, clean, natural smell if you know what I mean?). I also quite like some kinds of some deodorants/aftershaves or whatever it is guys are supposed to wear.

Touch...I like a gentle touch I guess. Anywhere is nice Inside of the thigh and around my back sound pretty good. I just don't like being touched on the ribs - I find that reaaaaally uncomfortable.

As far as personality goes, I like people who are kind and have a good sense of humour. Someone who is romantic and likes to show affection for their partner..

Touch (Turn on): Crotch, thigh, abs, chest, being spooned or a gentle brush with the back of the hand on my cheek
Touch (Turn off): Too rough

Smell (Turn on): Good bodyspray/cologne/aftershave and the same natural scent Andy talked about
Smell (Turn off): Body products that make me sneeze, and bad B.O.

Personality (Turn on): Fun, affectionate, good sense of humour
Personality (Turn off): Upthemself, cocky, pessimistic, boring

 

Heh, you sound pretty similar to me then Shadowshifta. I agree about the turn offs - skinny guys just don't do it for me and neither does long hair which is odd because I quite like it when my friends have longer hair. And I like your signature, shadow. It's actually pretty shocking that the majority of people would be more freaked by a sign of love than a thing that kills and causes suffering

Sight (Turn off): Heavier guys, lots of body hair, short.

Touch (Turn on): Anywhere, but I love making out!

Smell (Turn on): None. I like natural body scents.

Personality (Turn on): Generally, pretty "manly", weird, spontaneous, good sense of humor, anyone who just loves having a good time.

Ooh, I can get into a conversation like this...

Sight: (Turn on's) A nice smooth face with a strong jaw. Hair length could be 1/2 in. through 4 in.? I love smooth non-hairy skin, but mildly hairy's fine too. Skinny guys are okay, but not excessively skinney. As long as I can see pecs and a six-pack, I'm good.
Men taller than myself are especially good, though men like that would be hard to find.
(Turn-offs) Wide-round faces, bushy body hair, and body builder muscles.

Touch: (Turn ons) Inner leg, spine, neck, hips and sides, and anywhere on the chest. Gentle and smooth, and I could French kiss someome all day.
(Turn offs) None

Smell: I don't really have a preferance... As long as it's not stinky.

Personality: (Turn ons) Likes to laugh. Very manly, but also very sensative...
(Turn offs) Fruity men, unpleasantly goofy.

I'm kinda picky huh?

 

I like them rough! A few things that I could think of:

- hairy chest (I know but I like it)
- a nice 6 pack
- long unkempt hair (I think thats sexy)
- a bulging penis under a tight pair of trousers

- boring, uninteresting guys
- old men
- not chubby, but very flabby guys

touch:
(turn on's)
- the feel of another man's firm arse and the feeling of ecstasy it gives me
- being touched in the inner thighs by a another guy I'm crazy for
- an unshaven stubble against my skin
- a raging hard penis inside me
(turn off's)
- another guy's bony ribcage
- anything with feet
- being smothered all over by a large guy (yes that happended once and it was really uncomfortable!)

smell:
(turn on's)
- the familiar smell of mens calogne (that gets me very hard)
- the smell of sex and lube after me and my parter had a go at each other
- the smell and look of sweaty men
(turn off's)
- letting off wind
- anything undesirable really

And that's about all I can think of right now

 

For me there are always little exceptions here and there but this is generally what I've noticed.

Sight: (Turn on's) My height or shorter, usually skinnier but chubby is fine too. Smooth skin, medium to longer hair. Nice legs.
(Turn-offs) Taller guys, guys with too much muscle, corpulence, very short hair, lots of a body hair. I'm not into piercings or very prominent tatoos.

There is a bit of an exception to the hair thing, the guy I'm crazy about right now has a buzz cut yet I still find him insanely sexy and adorable.

Touch: (Turn ons) Everything. Particularly if the guy enjoys a lot of cuddling too.
(Turn offs) None

Smell: (Turn ons) I love the way guys smell. All of it I guess.
(Turn offs) There isn't really any smell that turns me off. Maybe really bad body odour but then there are times when I'd love to burst into a locker-room full of hot and sweaty guys and go to town.

Personality: (Turn ons) Good sense of humour, fun to be with, very manly and yet can still be sensitive.
(Turn offs) Overly flamboyent, self-righteous, non-caring prick.

One thing that I like is the feeling that I can protect someone, keep them safe and care for them. Big strong muscle-men kind of detract from that.

 

Oh yeah... I just can't control myself in a locker room... (Meaning I can't help but sneak a peak at the straight guys.) ;D

 

Speaking of locker rooms, I remember being in one with a bunch of naked guys once when I was about 11 or so. Thinking back, I actually really wanted to look, but didn't put two and two together so I didn't think I was gay :tongue:

Sight: I'll come right out and say I love nerds, haha. Anyone who wears glasses is automatically 100x better than they were before. And I absolutely love red hair, but I think my subconscious is making me seem hypocritical, because all the people I like right now are blond..

Turn-Offs: Well, I guess I don't like people who try really hard to look gay. I want people to be themselves and not the stereotypical gay person. I realize some people are just like that, and usually you can tell because it'll actually sort of work on them..

Smell: Well, I like most smells, there are just some Body Odors I can't stand, and when I don't like them, no matter how they look I won't even be able to be near them or like them...

Touch: The best thing for me is holding hands. Cuddling is nice too, but there's just something about walking next to someone you like and holding hands..it's just a really big turn on..oh, and when someone sort of scratches your head, it's really quite relaxing, haha

Turn-offs: When someone repeatedly slaps your ass right after you've told them for the 100th time you don't like them that way (Get the picture already!)

Personality: Well, they need to be able to stand my being cynical 24/7, have a sense of humor, and also be open about being gay..mainly because I'm not, and I really need to have someone help me through that.

Turn-offs: I really am not that big on lisps, they tend to get on my nerves after a while, actually...there's a couple people I like with lisps..it's just that I seem to overlook it on them -_-...but I really like it when men are men, and not men trying to be women, that just gets on my nerves (and I am not talking about transvestites, I'm talking about the butch/femme thing)

turn on: clean shaved , short haired and I got to agree with most of yall a guy that likes to cuddle is nice
