Dude! I dissociated!

    It was crazy! I was meditating, which Im pretty good at, As Ive practiced for a long time, and Then I left my body, and 30 secs later, I got into my body, and it was bloated, like physically. It was really cool, and weird. When I came out of this state, I felt great!

    Don't dwell on the experience. Observe it and move on.

    But that's great that that happened. Just don't get caught up in it.

    My opinion is that dwell on the experience, if you enjoy it, enjoy it to the fullest until the point that it becomes something normal. then you will move on to other stuff automatically.

    Dwelling on things makes you stay in the past. One of the goals of meditation is to remain in the present and to do that you must only observe experiences such as these and move on.
