my daughter loved the swan. before it got all gory she was watching it with me. so after it got "icky" i'd have to pause the swan scenes so she sould come watch it. the part where the swan bites the cop on the nose and makes him wreck in to the tree made her laugh until she started to click. oh, and the part where they catch the swan and it's sitting between them in the car. but honestly, it was so freaking silly i laughed my ass off. it's going on my keeper list with shawn of the dead and super troopers.
i loved pan's labyrinth but yeah it svery sad. still havent seen hot fuzz but i loved shaun of the dead so im pretty sure ill lik ehot fuzz. watched pathfinder recently and it was such a waste of time, bah, horrible movie
I saw Hot Fuzz for the first time just a couple weeks ago, and I loved it. I found it interesting how the two main characters had a realistically brotherly relationship with one another, once or twice to the point of affection, yet there were no 'What are you--gay?' homophobic punchlines. I know it wasn't really the point of the movie, but I found that part refreshing nonetheless.
It was as funny as Shaun of the Dead, and the ending was a bit anti-climactic, but it was still pretty great. :troll:
Yeah, definitely check it out on tv links, it's such an awesome show. The humour is very British and just excellent. And it's so weird and random too, gotta love Spaced.
